“This Starbucks unit wasn’t built on a blank canvas in an airport terminal — it was about adapting to what was already there and making the new fit-out slot in seamlessly.”
Live terminal, landlord requirements and fit-out interfaces.

What the brief was — and what we delivered.
MJC supported the delivery of a new Starbucks unit in Belfast International Airport's departure lounge as part of the airport's wider redevelopment programme.
Fit-out constraints
The work involved coordinating with existing terminal structure, accommodating base-build constraints and maintaining passenger circulation and airport operations throughout the programme.
Result
The completed outlet gives passengers a modern coffee offer in the departure lounge, with the structure integrated around the architectural layout, services and operational demands of a busy international terminal.
The work, on site.
