Project summary

What the brief was — and what we delivered.

MJC supported the delivery of the InMotion kiosk at Heathrow Terminal 5, a compact electronics retail space in a high-footfall airside environment.

Kiosk constraints

The kiosk had to integrate with Heathrow's existing infrastructure while supporting a modern retail offer of electronics, travel accessories, wearables and audio products.

MJC's scope

  • Structural calculations for the kiosk framework and interfaces.
  • Coordination with architectural and fit-out teams.
  • Engineering support for airport compliance.
  • Consultancy through installation and launch.

Outcome

The project was delivered as a precise, build-ready kiosk that sits cleanly within the surrounding terminal and neighbouring concessions.
